Hot-rolled
process
The hot-rolled technology ensures that the beeswax foundation’s structure remains stable and dimensionally consistent, even under intensive use. The precise honeycomb structure helps bees quickly accept and integrate the foundation, allowing the colony to begin foraging or brood rearing sooner.
Rietsche
automatic production line
The central element of our production is the state-of-the-art German Rietsche automatic production line. This technology ensures that every sheet has a uniform thickness and a regular, consistent honeycomb pattern. Minimal size deviation and high repeatability are among the greatest advantages of this production line, resulting in easier frame handling and uniform foundation development for beekeepers.
Computer-controlled manufacturing
The entire manufacturing process is supervised by a computer, which continuously monitors temperature and rolling pressure. This precise control reduces the possibility of errors and ensures that every finished beeswax foundation meets stringent quality standards.
Cutting to Size and Packaging
The rolled beeswax foundation is cut to size and then carefully packaged to preserve its integrity during transport. We stock the most popular standard sizes (NB, ½ NB, Hunor, Dadant), and we also fulfill custom size requests with a short lead time.
